We offer 2 levels of architectural photography, Type I and Type II.

Type I

• $90 per hour ($90 minimum)
• 12.4 Megapixe Digital Cameras
• Use of professional interior lighting equipment.
• Really only practical for fully furnished homes
• Shoot time can range anywhere from 2 to 10 hours per day, depending on conditions and number of rooms to be photographed
• Cost ranges anywhere from $450 - $2,500+

Type II

• $90 per home
• Photos taken of exteriors and interiors of every room in house
• Practical for newly completed homes without furnishing
• 12.4 Megapixel Digital Cameras
• Mounted Flash on camera for bounce lighting
